Anne of Green Gables

Anne Of Green Gables draws many vacationers to PEI. L.M. Montgomery wrote about a storybook land and a little red headed girl , that land is Prince Edward Island .The story was inspired by the land and it's people , that is what brings so many people to our island year after year.

Brackley Drive-In

16 km north of Charlottetown Airport. "Where families can afford to have fun." At dusk, enjoy two first-run movies in on one of the two screens at the most unique drive-in theatre in Canada. Full-service canteen with hot dogs, cheeseburgers, fries, onion rings and fresh popcorn.

If you love food the Island offers many delights. Fresh Island lobster is served at many lobster suppers around the island and one right here in Brackley Beach. There are more than 60 restaurants with in 20 mins range and 5 with in 3 mins. Menus range from Steak & lobster to hamburgers & fries.

Golf on PEI

Golf on PEI cover the island like the dew . With more than 20 golf courses and 18 of these are less than 45 mins from the Inn. The island lush landscape and rolling hills are ideal for golf , with some of the best views in the world. Golfing is affordable with green fees ranging from $20 to $85 for 18 holes . Our flagship course is The Links at Crowbush cove which played host to the 1998 Export A Skins Game.

PEI Beaches

Prince Edward Island is 175 miles long and 40 miles wide . As you drive along the island coastline the shore changes , from beautiful red cliffs to long white beaches dotted with harbours and dunes.

Brackley Beach is my favorite beach. It is a part of the National Park, with many interpretive programs, picnic areas, playgrounds, and nature walks.

The Dunes

Architecturally striking the complex overlooks beautiful, flowering water gardens and panoramic dunes. Fine Canadian crafts by over 70 contributing artists. Watch Peter Jansons and Joel Mills produce award-winning pottery. Island Art Gallery features paintings, prints, photography and sculptures by Island's leading artists. Open June 1 - Oct 24.
